These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kxo8 ("kxo8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://kxo8.io. By accessing the kxo8 website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by kxo8, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the kxo8 platform. Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

The kxo8 platform is intended for use solely by adults. To register an account and participate in any real-money activity on kxo8, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

kxo8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, kxo8 will immediately suspend the account, void all wagers placed, and return any deposited funds after deducting any withdrawals already processed.

To access real-money services on kxo8, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are registering for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account with kxo8 that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration details and promptly update them if any information changes.

kxo8 permits a maximum of one account per player. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

kxo8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kxo8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcode (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

kxo8 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from kxo8 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services.
• Enable two-factor OTP authentication where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify kxo8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

kxo8 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account prior to your reporting of any breach shall be treated as authorised by you.

kxo8 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. kxo8 does not impose a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kxo8 bears no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be refused and refunded. Repeated attempts to deposit via third-party accounts may result in account suspension.

• Deposits are credited to your kxo8 account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.
• kxo8 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• kxo8 will never accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency transactions.
• Deposited funds are held in a designated player funds account and are not used for operational expenses.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the kxo8 account cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. kxo8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.

kxo8 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of your registered mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Proof of bank account ownership where a bank transfer withdrawal is requested.
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested by the verification team.

kxo8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals to accounts held in names other than the registered account holder will be declined. Any withdrawal request that cannot be verified within 30 calendar days of submission will be returned to the player's kxo8 account balance.

kxo8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each respective offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. kxo8 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Where a deposit bonus is claimed, the bonus and deposit amount must both meet the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
• kxo8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings voided.

All bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Free spins are credited in denominations specified within the relevant promotion. Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in each offer's specific terms; unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.

All wagers placed on kxo8 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules and accept the outcome of the event as determinative of the result of your bet.

• Cricket & Sports Betting: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a wager has been confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed. In-play wagers are accepted subject to availability and the relevant in-play rules.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Each market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the time of bet placement. Stakes outside these limits will be rejected.
• Void Bets: A wager may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds published due to a technical error, or where a player is found to have exploited a pricing error.
• Casino Games: All casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). kxo8 does not influence the outcome of any casino game. All games are tested and certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding the outcome of a wager must be submitted to kxo8 support within 72 hours of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

kxo8 reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or restrict betting markets at any time without notice. In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a betting market or casino session, kxo8 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to the players concerned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kxo8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the kxo8 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable and will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or create artificial wagering patterns.
• Making deposits or withdrawals via third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Accessing the kxo8 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kxo8 staff or other players in any communication channel.

kxo8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kxo8 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• The player has failed to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documentation when requested.
• Account activity suggests potential money laundering or the use of proceeds of crime.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through kxo8's responsible gaming tools.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to kxo8.

Upon permanent closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, kxo8 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of Terms (for example, at the player's own request), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable period, subject to completion of all outstanding verification checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their kxo8 account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days.

kxo8 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kxo8 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the kxo8 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Use the kxo8 name, logo, or brand identity for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the kxo8 platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the kxo8 platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of kxo8's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by kxo8.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kxo8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kxo8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, savings, business, or data.
• Interrupted access to the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Errors or omissions in platform content or odds data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Losses arising from events beyond kxo8's reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or telecommunications failures.

kxo8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim, loss, or damage shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kxo8 account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

kxo8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a kxo8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kxo8 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with third parties in the following limited circumstances:

• Where required by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• With payment processors and financial institutions for the purpose of processing transactions.
• With identity verification service providers as part of kxo8's KYC obligations.
• With game providers to the extent necessary to enable game delivery.

Your continued use of the kxo8 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which kxo8 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kxo8's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact kxo8's support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of no less than 30 calendar days for kxo8 to resolve the matter informally. kxo8 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 28 calendar days.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
